I recently stayed at a cozy apartment in Prague for a week and had a fantastic experience. Despite not meeting in person, the staff at Ruterra Apartment Cimburkova went above and beyond to help me with thoughtful and detailed messages. They even provided me with a list of insider recommendations for places to visit, eat, and have fun in the city, including some affordable options. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and had all the amenities I needed. Moreover, its convenient location close to the city center and transportation hubs made it easy to explore the city on foot. I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Wonderful setting, fully-equipped rooms, everything was great. Satisfied with safe, want, as for instance available. We spent some time at Pivovar Victor, they offer drinks and are at a walking distance from the apartment. Good links to a bus stop, it was close to the property.

The location of the apartment was perfect for our needs. It was very near to the railway station, making it convenient for us to explore the city by train. the tram stop was also just a short walk away, allowing us to easily get around. there were walking tracks in the park nearby, which was a great place to unwind and enjoy some fresh air. the room was clean and comfortable, with a functional kitchen and a comfortable bed. the bathroom was also well-maintained. We were pleased with the service provided, as the staff was helpful and accommodating. we had a pleasant stay.
It would have been more convenient if the keys were available at the apartment itself, as having to pick them up at a different location was a hassle, especially when traveling with children.

Our holiday in Prague was really lovely. Staff were very amiable when they greeted us. Its location was particularly good and magnificent, 10 mins drive from a medieval timepiece. We stayed in this charming apartment for 3 nights and can't wait to come back.

Great Location: This apartment is located in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to public transport and popular attractions. Exploring Prague was a breeze!
Noisy at Night: Despite being located in a quiet area, the apartment was still a bit noisy at night. The door on the ground floor kept banging, creating a disturbance.

I recently stayed at Ruterra Apartment Cimburkova in Prague for a few nights. The apartment was very functional and felt like a home away from home. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed. The heating was excellent, especially during the cold December weather. It even had a washing machine, which was very convenient since we were traveling with two babies. The location was great, with a small market across the street and easy access to the city center by foot. The owners provided a city map with recommendations for food and historical places to visit. I highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Totally recommend this apartment.
